Can I return a garment?
Yes, we do offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order, if you change your mind. However, we do not cover the cost of the postage back to us. Please send it back to the following address ensuring it is in perfect condition, unworn and in the original bag and fill out the returns form by following this link: Returns Form

How long will my refund take?
Once we receive the garment(s) back and it passes our checks, the refund will take three-five business days. The refund will be made onto the same payment method used in your original purchase.
You have received my parcel, when will I receive an email about my refund?
As soon as the garment(s) have gone through our in-house quality checks. This is usually just a few days.
Can I exchange a garment?
Sure thing! Just as long we have your exchange request in stock and available we will be more than happy to do this for you. Just follow the returns process, stating on the invoice sheet what you are exchanging for.
I want to cancel something in my order, how can I do this and who do I contact?
Please email customer service at and explain what you would like to change in your order. Due to the speed of packing, sometimes we are unable to change orders but we will try where possible.
I have been refunded less that what I paid for the items, how come?
The refunds made either for shipping or the garments themselves will be exactly the same value as what you paid for them originally. If this is not the case, please email customer service at , quoting your order number, the item you returned and the amount you got refunded.
There is something wrong with my product, what should I do next?
In the rare occasion that your garment isn't up to our promised quality, please follow the returns information at the top of the page. Once we have identified the issue you will be offered a replacement or a refund for your order, and a refund on the postage cost of the return.
